Frequently Asked Questions By Our Clients
We offer a wide range of domestic helper services, including:
- Full-time live-in maids (from Indonesia, the Philippines, or local)
- Maid renewal, transfer, visa processing and employment contract services.
Newly hired overseas maids approximately 6 – 10 weeks after documentation and approval from the government department.
We offer a guarantee/replacement period. If the maid is deemed unsuitable during this period, we can assist in providing a replacement ( subject to the terms of the contract ). We also offer counselling and mediation support to resolve issues before replacement.
Yes. Our maids undergo basic housekeeping training ( cleaning, laundry, cooking, child & elderly care ), cultural adaptation and discipline briefings.
Yes. Agensi Pekerjaan Yakin is a fully licensed and registered manpower agency in Malaysia, operating under the Ministry of Human Resources. All maid placements, immigration processes and employment procedures follow Malaysian regulations.
Yes, absolutely. You may send your maid for additional or intensive training with us at any point during her employment, especially if you require her to improve in specific areas.
